If you want to delete your Dewel Music account or request data deletion, follow the instructions below.

How to Request Deletion

Option 1

In-App Deletion

  1. Open the Dewel Music app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Select Account
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Follow the prompts to confirm

Email Request

Send an email to:

privacy@dewelmusic.com

Subject: Delete My Account
Include: The phone/email on your account

What Happens When You Delete

Data Removed

We remove your profile data, login tokens, and access to your account. Your display name, profile picture, and preferences are permanently deleted.

Data Retained (Legal Requirements)

Purchase records, payout history, and fraud/security logs may be retained as required for tax, accounting, and legal obligations. This data is kept in a secure, limited-access state.

Local Downloads

Locally downloaded tracks on your device are under your control—delete them from the app or device storage directly.

Verification

To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm ownership via OTP or email before completing the deletion request. This ensures no one else can delete your account.

Processing Time

Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
