Our Commitment
Dewel Music is a platform that enables artists to upload, distribute, and monetize their music. We take copyright infringement seriously and will promptly respond to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the DMCA. If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please follow the procedures outlined below.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, you may submit a takedown notice. Your notice must include all of the following:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim have been infringed.
Identification of the material on our platform that you claim is infringing, with enough detail to locate it (e.g., track title, artist name, or URL).
Your contact information: name, address, phone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

What Happens After Filing
Review & Action
We will review your notice and, if valid, promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material.
Uploader Notification
We will notify the user who uploaded the content about the takedown and provide them with a copy of the notice.
Strike Recorded
A copyright strike will be recorded against the uploader's account.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error or that you have authorization to use the material, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or Delaware if outside the US) and will accept service of process from the complainant.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Dewel Music maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. Users who receive three valid DMCA strikes will have their accounts permanently terminated and all uploaded content removed from the platform.
